Common questions

Do readers need an account?: No. Anyone with a public link can read your document in their browser. To edit or comment, they need an account and an invitation from you.
Does connecting an AI assistant cost extra?: Unpaged doesn't charge extra for this. Your assistant's own charges and limits still apply. Follow the setup instructions.
Can I download my canvases?: Yes. Download any canvas as a PNG or SVG image. Each download is an image of one canvas.
Does it work on a phone?: Yes. You can read and edit documents in your phone's browser.
What counts toward the 5 free documents?: Every document you create counts, including copies of documents and templates. Premium lets you create as many as you need.
Can I use Unpaged without AI?: Yes. Add and edit text, shapes and diagrams yourself. Connecting an assistant is optional.
