1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access
to and use of Unpaged (“Service”), available at
unpaged.io. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be
bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the
Service.
The Service is operated by
Graph Knowledge S.R.L. (“we”,
“us”, “our”), a company registered in
Romania — registered office: București, Sectorul 6,
Drumul Taberei, Nr. 92, Bl. C7, Scara F, Etaj 1, Ap. 203; trade
registry no. J2026051167004; unique registration code (CUI)
55471021.
Please also review our
Privacy Policy, which describes how
we collect and handle your information.
2. Description of Service
Unpaged is a web-based collaboration and diagramming
application. The Service allows you to build documents as
canvases of nested nodes — diagrams, rich text, tables,
checklists, and drawings — to collaborate on them with
others in real time, and to connect external tools, including
AI assistants, through the interfaces we provide.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service
at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice
of material changes.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By
using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this
requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an
organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind
that organization to these Terms.
4. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You may
register using an email address and password, or through a
third-party provider (Google or Apple). You are responsible for:
-
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
-
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your
account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that
violate these Terms.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
The Service includes a free tier. We may also make a paid
Premium tier available.
-
Free Tier — includes five lifetime
document creations and plan limits on nodes and
collaborators, as described on the pricing page.
-
Premium Tier — removes the plan-based
document-creation limit and the node limit in documents you
own, and raises the collaborator limit. Administrative
features, service-wide abuse-prevention controls, and
technical limits remain restricted or applicable.
Purchases of paid subscriptions are processed by
Stripe as our payments partner and merchant
of record: Stripe handles checkout, billing, applicable
taxes, and refunds, and issues the receipt for every
purchase. Your purchase is also subject to the Stripe terms
presented at checkout. By subscribing to a premium plan, you
authorize recurring charges at the applicable rate, and you
can cancel at any time through the subscription-management
option in your account settings, taking effect at the end of
the current billing period. Refunds are handled as described
in our Refund Policy.
Prices may change with reasonable notice. If you do not agree to
a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the
change takes effect.
6. Your Content
“Your Content” means any documents, graphs, nodes,
elements, text, images, or other materials you create, upload,
or store through the Service.
Ownership
You retain all rights to Your Content. We do not claim ownership
of anything you create.
License to us
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive
license to host, store, display, and transmit Your Content
solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to
you. This license terminates when Your Content is deleted,
except for content or records that remain as described in our
Privacy Policy or where retention is required by law.
Responsibility
You are solely responsible for Your Content. You must not upload
content that infringes on the rights of others, contains
malicious code, or violates applicable law.
AI-assisted content
If you connect an AI assistant to the Service, content it
creates or modifies in your documents is treated as Your
Content: you are responsible for the instructions you give,
for reviewing what is produced before relying on or sharing
it, and for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any
material you provide as input. AI-produced content may be
inaccurate or incomplete, and we do not warrant its accuracy.
You must not use the Service — directly or through a
connected assistant — to create or distribute content
that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive about its origin, or
that impersonates any person without their consent.
Content moderation
We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any
content, and to suspend or terminate accounts or restrict
features, where we reasonably believe these Terms are being
violated or the Service is being abused.
Reporting infringement
If you believe content on the Service infringes your
intellectual property or other rights, contact us at
contact@unpaged.io
with a description of the content, its location, and the basis
of your claim. We review such reports and remove or restrict
infringing content where appropriate; repeat infringers may
have their accounts terminated.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
-
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the
Service or its related systems
-
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected
to it
-
Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the
Service outside the interfaces we provide for that purpose
— automated access through our published APIs and MCP
server, under your own account, is permitted
-
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the
Service
-
Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful
content
- Impersonate any person or entity
-
Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple
users to access a single account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for
violations of this policy.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, logos, and
documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual
property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our
trademarks, branding, or proprietary technology, except the
limited right to use the Service as described herein.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services for
authentication, payment processing, error tracking, and
analytics, as well as transactional email delivery. It also lets
you authorize independent AI or MCP clients to read or edit data
within the access you grant. Your use of these third-party
services and clients is subject to their respective terms and
privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of
third-party service providers.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS
AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND
NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted,
error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT
BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL,
OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA,
PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO
YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to
these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid
us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims,
damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney
fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of
these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any
time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at
any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases
immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive
termination — including ownership, disclaimers,
indemnification, and liability limitations — will survive.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you
of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page
and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued
use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the
updated Terms.
15. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute
arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will
be submitted to the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, this does not
deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the
law of your country of residence, or of your right to bring
proceedings in the courts of that country.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable,
the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
